Currently, we are running a 2-year Diploma in Theology course program with 26 registered students. Key areas covered include Historical theology, Biblical Theology, Systematic Theology, Practical Theology, Hermeneutics/Homiletics’ and communication skills. By the end of this year, we shall also introduce a certificate course in Pastoral studies

NOTE:
- Score of D+ means a supplementary
- Fail of D, D- means one have to re-sit the course
- No student shall graduate with more than 3 D+
Termination of studies
Those admitted at AIPCA College shall be discontinued from studies for the following reasons
- Spiritual decadence - In the case that one is found to be spiritually compromised. Specifically, if one is established to be not born again, struggling with a habitual sin e.g. immorality, stealing, dissension to mention just a few. In addition, in cases where one is facing disciplinary action from the church leadership, the same will also apply
- Financial difficulties - Those unable to meet the financial obligations shall receive a written warning advising them to clear all dues owed to the institution. Failure to honor such a commitment will lead to automatic discontinuation
- Academic incompetence - Those who fail to meet the academic qualifications or found cheating in examinations/term papers will face automatic discontinuation. This shall be done in writing.
- Gross misconduct - Once accepted to be part of the college, one will be expected to adhere to the rules and regulations agreed upon by the college community. Those who fail to will be advised to terminate their studies here. Specific incidents totally to gross misconduct include;
- Stirring conflicts with fellow students including written accusations, indulging in colleagues privacy, demonstrations,
- Persistent lateness in class and other educational forums
- Damaging of institution’s facilities and equipments
- Disrespect for those in authority
- Inappropriate relationships with members of the opposite sex
Graduation
For one to graduate, they must fulfill the following conditions
- Pass all the examinations
- Complete their course project
- Clear all fees
- Pay for graduation gown
- Sign the declaration covenant
